USI Audio team concentrates on electro-acoustic part and provides the solution for customizing special audio expertise for industrial environment like warehousing, manufacturing, transportation and logistics. Our audio solution doesn't only provide higher loudness performance and longer life cycle than consumer products but also can pass the consumer certificate to meet ETSI global standard. Our acoustic chamber and artificial head measurement system HATS can perform standard test described previously.

USI audio team has the capability to design audio and acoustic guitar Operate in electrical products. For acoustic portion, we could co-work with mechanical team for speaker room design and assembly arrangement to improve acoustic response and distortions. We also combine style in sealing and watertight protection for strengthening product reliability to meet industrial use in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and transportation. Additionally, USI has the capacity to design acoustic component for specific dimension and module with room and housing with our vendor to meet the important ID design.

For the audio modules system in the rear end, USI has the Acoustic chamber and SoundCheck method to execute component evaluation and device system test to review acoustic frequency response and distortions. In addition, we possess the Universal Radio Communication tester along with artificial head measurement system HATS to execute WWAN audio test that centered on 3GPP TS 26.132 standard, and we utilize CTS three axes probe to check receiver in magnetic intensity to comply FFC HAC T-coil part.

We could shorten debug time and save cost by pre-testing 3GPP and FCC certificate with tool of USI audio laboratory inside to enhance customer confidence. We also co-work using 3rd party lab to perform additional standard test To satisfy international telecommunication's criteria.
